Bereavement support group

Alternate Wednesday of every month 3.30-4.30pm

• Sessions take place on MS Teams and provide an opportunity for anyone experiencing grief or bereavement to receive peer support in small, private groups in a relaxed and informal online setting from their own home
• The groups are facilitated by one or more of our Bereavement Care coordinators who will endeavour to answer questions and offer helpful coping strategies
• All are welcome - please drop in to any of the meetings by following the link below
• This service is completely free of charge
