Approved expenses can be claimed back from SU Sport, once you have fully completed the claim form please bring to the SU Activities Office for payment.

If you are claiming for petrol expenses for BUCS or club travel you will not need a reciept. However, you will need to attach an itemised receipt of any purchases, failure to do so may result in non-payment.

*Please note a minimum claim of £50 is required for all BACS requersts
