Full Time Officers (also known as Sabbaticals) are at the heart of all student activities, events and campaigns meaning they get very little sleep during term time but the memories are priceless.

Sabbatical Officers

Sabbatical Officers, or ‘Sabbs’ are students who take a year out, either whilst studying or once they’re due to graduate, and are paid to work full time leading the Students’ Union, and as the main student representatives to the University’s Senior Management. Leading the SU as a Sabb is a unique opportunity to gain experience as a member of a professional organisation, be the voice that the University listens to and to inspire students to make the most of their time at Chichester.

Sabbs lead the SU to ensure it makes a positive impact on all of your lives while you’re studying at Chichester. They also deliver campaigns, lobby the University and work to create a culture where you can shape your own university experience.
