Yoga is the perfect remedy for exam stress and fresher nerves. So come and take some time for you in a safe and healing space as we explore the many practise of yoga and it’s sister practises along the way.

Classes are suitable for all levels with a mixture of vinyasa flow, hatha and meditation techniques. Practises can be adapted to meet you where you are at on your yoga journey and will follow the intrinsic nature of the wheel of the year.
