Employability Week: Interview Masterclass with Employability Professor Douglas Board

Dr Douglas Board is an executive coach and a visiting professor at the University of Chichester. He's also one of the UK's experts on selection. We'd like to offer something powerful and unusual - the chance to observe some live interviewing as well as to ask Douglas questions. We are looking to recruit a couple of volunteer interviewees from our talented student community (email careers@chi.ac.uk to discuss more - in return for being willing to do this you will get some private coaching from Douglas. We may also have a mystery interviewee from the faculty or professional staff. During this session we will unveil the three most feared Interview questions and put them to Douglas to answer.
