About Us

Connect • Support • Thrive

ADHD Society @ UCSU is a welcoming, peer-led community for students with ADHD — whether formally diagnosed, waiting for an assessment or without a formal diagnosis.

We want to create a place where students can unmask, be themselves and be around people who get it. A community to make friends, share experiences and tips, support one another and enjoy university life together.

Throughout the year, we're planning plenty of opportunities to connect, including monthly karaoke, arts and crafts, lunch and dinner meetups, cinema and bowling outings, group gym sessions, meditation, body-doubling and study sessions, and other social activities shaped by our members.

Alongside the social side, we hope to offer ADHD-focused workshops and group coaching, share practical strategies for university life, raise ADHD awareness and develop an online peer community where members can connect even when they can't make it to campus.

We'll also collaborate with other UCSU groups and societies to create inclusive events and build connections across the student community.

Most importantly, this is a society designed by us, for us — members will have a voice in what we do and how the society develops.

Come and find your people.
