It’s a life-long campaign packed with events, resources, and conversations designed to break down taboos, promote safe sex, and celebrate healthy relationships. Think of it as your go-to guide for everything from contraception to consent, pleasure to protection.

Whether you’re sexually active, curious, or simply want to learn more, SHAG is for everyone. No judgement, no awkwardness — just real talk and reliable info.

Why Sexual Health Matters

Sexual health is just as important as physical and mental health — but it’s often overlooked or shrouded in stigma. We want to change that.

  • STIs are common among 16–24-year-olds, but testing is quick, easy, and free.
  • Contraception isn’t one-size-fits-all — explore your options and find what works for you.
