When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale at midday on Monday 28th Feb.

 

How much are tickets?

Mailing list tickets (list now closed) - £32.50

General Sale R1 (limited number) - £35

Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy your tickets t the Summer Ball on the UCSU Website

 

How many tickets can I buy?

Each student can buy a maximum of 3 tickets – 1x student and 2x guest.

 

What is the dress code? 

Please dress to impress – SMART. We operate a no jeans policy and have the right to refuse entry. 

 

What is the latest time I can get there?

Doors open at 6pm and last entry is at 11:00pm (Event finishes at 12:00am)

 

DO I RECEIVE A COPY OF My TICKET BEFORE THE EVENT?

In short, no. Your Summer Ball ticket will be purely digital so there isn't anything to collect prior to the event.  Please make sure you bring your student card with you to the main entrance where we will scan your card. If you log onto the UCSU website and look into purchase history you should be able to view your Summer Ball ticket. If you have any questions regarding the ticketing process please feel free to contact the team on studentsunion@chi.ac.uk

 

I can no longer attend the ball; can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. Under exceptional circumstances (e.g. hospitilsation) a refund will be permitted. Please contact our admin team via email to discuss this - studentsunion@chi.ac.uk

 

What forms of ID will I require?

Photo ID will be required from all, either UOC student card, passport or driving licence. No ID – No entry. This event is for over 18s ONLY
