Welcome To Chibiza! It’s time to make SPACE, show some FACE & wave your sanitised HANDS in the air like you just don’t care! 

Ministry Of Housebound invites you to FRESH! as a responsible rave from your own domestic dance-floor, somewhere in Chibiza. The collective participation seeks to unite a community in an experience that is inspired by Soul Train*. From new accommodations all across the city, the community body will be turning on, tuning in to the visuals and twitching to the sounds of live-streamed DJ sets. From 7pm-11pm we present Wannabe Warhol’s Pre-drinks Pop Party & headlining from 11pm through until 2am will be Xander G’s Future Of House. 

FRESH! is presented in association with the University Of Chibiza Student Union.

*The long running U.S.A. television show Soul Train (1971-2006) was revolutionary in transforming audience reception into participation. According to Berkeley scholar, Naomi Bragin, Black American households across the States would collectively dance in front of their TV sets in a network of wireless transmission connecting bodies as a community. It is within the mass uniting of movement and the body in protest that kinesthetic bio-politics can be fully understood. This kinesthetic politics of mass moving bodies as protesting bodies was later echoed in the rave movements of the mid-1980s to early 1990s.
